PrintMaster is a basic desktop publishing program that is developed by Brøderbund. Released in the early 1990s, PrintMaster became known for its extensive selection of clip art and templates. Downloading and installing new fonts will not only expand the PrintMaster 18 font library, but the Windows font selection will be updated as well. Go to a font website. Fonts 101 (see References) is one site in particular that has more than 55,000 free fonts to choose from. Choose a font style. Click a font category on the side menu and select a specific font. Categories include creepy, fancy, stencil and much more. Download a font. Select “Click to Download Now.” Click “Open With” and choose a file decompression program to unzip the file. Extract the file. Open the file folder and copy the font. Go to the Control Panel and select “Fonts.” Paste the file into this folder. Open PrintMaster 18. Click the drop-down text menu at the top of the screen and select the downloaded font.
