How Do You Download Microsoft Outlook Contacts Into An Excel Spreadsheet?
If you have an already existing Microsoft Outlook Contacts folder and you want to be able to manipulate this in an Excel spreadsheet, you need to download it to an Excel format first. Open your Microsoft Outlook. On the top menu navigation bar: click on File. A list of options will appear. Click on “Import and Export…” Another screen will appear. From your list of options, Click on Export to a File, and then click on the Next button. Another screen with a list of options should appear, Choose: Microsoft Excel 97-2003, and then click on Next. A menu will show saying Select Folder to Export from: Scroll through your list and find the contacts folder that you wish to download. In the next screen, Save exported file to as: (type in a file name) Also, you can click on Browse button to locate your folder destination for this file. After you have made your selection, Click on the Next button. Finish the task by Clicking on Next and Finish buttons.
