Windows Live Messenger has become the most popular IM client in the world. The ease of use coupled with the popularity of Windows, its native environment, makes it an ideal choice for instant messengers. This popularity has caused many companies to make add-ons that work along with Windows Live Messenger. One of the more common add-ons is Messenger Plus! Live made by Microsoft. Go to the Messenger Plus! Live Web site (see Resources below). Find the button in the center of the page labeled “Download Free” and click it. Read the available languages and compatibility information on the new page. Use the information to decide if Messenger Plus! Live will work on your computer. Click the “Download Now” button.
