How Do You Download Mcafee Security Updates?
If you use a McAfee product as your main anti-virus program, you should know how to keep its virus definitions and other parameters updated. The easiest way to do this is to use the McAfee program, itself, to download the updates. However, you can also find the updates online on the McAfee homepage. Open McAfee Security Center. Double-click the “M” icon located in the system tray of the Windows Taskbar (the bar at the bottom of your desktop). You can also open the Security Center by going to Start->Programs->McAfee, and then clicking on the program icon. Look for a large button labeled “Update” in the upper left of the Security Center main screen. Make sure you computer is connected to the Internet, and then click on the “Update” button.
