You can’t download themes off of winterboard for one. Two, try cydia, it has thousands of themes that when they are installed are sent directly to winterboard so you can set them up. As for off your computer, it’s called SSH short for SecureSHell, it lets you manage all your ipod files from your computer with wifi. Just download it off the cydia store.
