The Treo Smartphone has a great feature called VersaMail that lets you automatically download your email to your device with the push of a few buttons. Here’s how. Turn on your Treo Smartphone by pressing the “Power” button. Press the middle “Center” key on the keyboard. This will disable the key guard protection. Press the “Mail” button. This will take you to the screen where you can enter your email settings. Open the “Menus” folder by double clicking it with the stylus or the keypad. From there, select the “Accounts” option and then the “Manage” option. You can perform either task by tapping the screen with the stylus or pressing the appropriate key on the keypad. Select the “New” option from that list, and then select the email provider from which you want to automatically download email. Enter a name for this account in the box provided.
