How Do You Download AIM Buddy Icons?
AOL Instant Messenger, also known as AIM, comes with free Buddy Icons. Buddy Icons are avatars that you set to your AIM profile. The person you chat with when you are instant messaging will see this avatar displayed. Some AIM Buddy Icons represent sports teams, food, events, holidays, movies, musicians and seasons. You can even find animated Buddy Icons. Open and log in to your AIM program. Click “Menu” at the top. Click “Settings.” Select the “Expressions” tab and click the “My Expressions” button. Choose a Buddy Icon. You can change the categories to narrow down the type of icon you want to use. Click the Buddy Icon you want and click “Apply” underneath it to set it.
