How Do You Do The FMX Cordova Trick?
Freestyle Motocross or FMX is a variation of motocross in which motorcycle riders attempt to impress judges and receive the highest score performing jumps, stunts and tricks. The FMX trick called the Cordova is considered a pro trick. The move was invented by FMX rider Clifford Adoptante around 1997 and the Cordova has been modified throughout the years to make the trick even more challenging. Place your feet under the handlebars. After you’ve ramped up into the air, you’ll pop up quickly and stick your feet underneath your handlebars. This part of the move is similar to the FMX trick the Cliffhanger. Keep your hands on the handlebars. Unlike the Cliffhanger, you need to keep your hands on the handle bars before and after you get your feet into place. Arch your back. Also unlike the Cliffhanger, where you stand up and raise your hands, for a Cordova you’re going to arch your back and bend over backwards as far back as you can. For best effect, try to get your knees as far over the top
