The Bosu V sit exercise is a very challenging abdominal exercise. When done simply on the floor, it can be difficult for many. But when you try this movement while sitting on a Bosu, you work your core muscles doubly hard. The Bosu will test your balance and your strength as you work to hold yourself up. The instructions below will take you through this exercise; you can modify it by stopping at whatever step is appropriate. Then, as you core muscles strengthen, you can go on to the next step. Place the Bosu on the floor, with the flat side down. You may want to try this exercise without the Bosu first, to get a feel for how to hold your balance. When ready, sit on top of the Bosu (or stay on the floor if that is best). Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor. Rest your hands on your knees.
