How Do You Do Shoulder Exercise With Weights?
The shoulders are made up of two major muscle groups, the deltoids and the trapezius (traps). Weight training with dumb bells is best method for developing these muscle groups. This article show you an exercise for the deltoids (lateral raise) , the traps (shrug) and both (shoulder press). Choose a fairly light weight and hold the dumbbells at your sides with your palms facing inward. Slowly lift your arms up to shoulder height with unbent elbows and your palms facing the floor. Return the weight to your sides in a slow motion. Choose a light weight to start and hold the dumbbells with straight arms at your sides with the palms facing in. Slowly raise your shoulders up towards your ears. Slowly return your shoulders back to the starting position.
