How Do You Do Roundoff Double Back Handsprings?
• Run into your roundoff. • Land with feet together and arms by your ears. • Slightly lean back and jump off from your legs and feet and keep your arms locked so you don’t damage anything. • Land your first back handspring with feet together and arms by your ears so you can go on to your second back handspring. • After you land the first back handspring, DON’T swing your head back just push off with your legs and feet and swing your arms above your head. • Keep your arms locked and tight and land with your feet together and your arms straight out in front of you. • DON’T LEAN FORWARD so you don’t damage any part of your body.
