Keep your back straight and parallel to the floor. Inhale as you lower your chest toward the ground and exhale as you push back up to your starting position. Place one hand on a step or stool. Place your other hand on the floor underneath you just a little bit wider than shoulder width. Slowly lower yourself toward the ground and push back up to your starting position.
