How Do You Do Palm Stretch Yoga Exercises?
All day long, we’re grabbing, holding, pulling or picking up something. And those of us who work at a computer are typing and clicking up to 8 hours a day. Do palm stretch yoga exercises to keep your hands flexible so you can avoid painful stress and strain. Kneel on your knees, sitting back against your calves and ankles. Turn your right palm up toward the ceiling, so that your fingers are facing away from you. Move your fingers straight down toward the floor and place the palm of your right hand flat on the floor so that your fingers are now facing toward you. Your right arm should be straight, though be careful not to hyperextend the elbow. You should be leaning completely forward, off your calves and ankles. Place the palm of your left hand on top of the fingers of your right hand. Be sure your left hand is anchoring only your fingers and is not on top of the right hand itself.
