Sit on a chair, the floor, with your knees or cross legged as long as you keep your body in an upright position. Sit and close your eyes gently. You will have to remain still in that posture for a period of time, so choose the sitting position that your body can stand. Stay in the present. As you sit comfortably, try to release all your thoughts in the past and put aside your thoughts for the future. Observe the present thoughts, feelings, and sensations with passive awareness, compassion and tolerance. Do not analyze them but let your observations arise wit
