Making your own party decorations is an easy and fun way to save money and express yourself at gatherings with friends and family. Using crepe paper adds color to any party, but now it can also add shade and a display for your colorful design. Look at your frame and decide a color pattern. Gather your materials and some helpers. Remember: Your goal is to cover all of the frame with an even, nicely aligned, double-layer of crepe paper. Start your paper by taping one end of the roll to the inside of one corner of the frame. Then wrap from the underside to the top edge of the frame and unroll the paper gently on the top side of the frame. Pull the paper gently across the entire top side of the frame from your starting edge to the opposite edge. When you reach the other side, wrap the paper over the underside of the frame and cover underneath the same space you just wrapped.
