You can do aerobic exercise at home just as easy as you can at the gym. One of the great perks of doing aerobics at home is you don’t have to fix your hair or make up. It doesn’t matter what you look like since no one sees you. Aerobic exercise at home is also a great way to start an exercise routine. When people haven’t worked out in a while and are out of shape it’s intimidating to exercise in front of others. So, working out at home is a perfect way to begin. Then later after confidence is built take a class or join a gym. Naturally, you get the same benefit from aerobic exercise at home as you will anywhere. Some of the benefits include stronger heart, lungs, muscles, immune system, weight loss and stress reduction. In addition, there are three things to consider and they are frequency, duration and intensity. Frequency should be 3-5 days a week, duration 20-60 minutes and intensity is how hard you work, which depends on fitness level and age. Most newbies start out 3 days a week a
