• Place your Windows XP set up disk in your CD drive. • Restart your computer (You must have the CD as the first boot option in your BIOS). • Press any key on your keyboard when it asks you to. • Press enter when you see a blue screen, one of the options will say, “To set up Windows XP now, press ENTER”. • Press enter to start the windows setup. • Accept the Licence and Agreement by pressing F8, setup will now search for and list Windows XP installations found on your computer. • Press “R” when the set up has found your current version of XP.
