How do you do a walk-over in gymnastics?

0

Take it one foot at a time, place your best foot in front of the other, lean back, and push off!Thats a back walkover and a front walkover is simply just a handstand taken one foot at a time and pushed over to land. These moves do require practice so dont just go out and try it right away. Get help from a coach or gymnastics spotter. Hope my helped a little!
