How Do You Do A Sumo Dead Lift With Kettlebells?

0

If you are determined to change your exercise routine, introduce kettlebells into your regimen. They are similar to dumbbells, but their different shape isolates different muscles when you perform exercises and help to “cut-up” your body. Here’s how to perform a sumo dead lift with a pair of kettlebells. Stand with your feet are shoulder-width apart. Point one foot toward 11 o’clock, and the other to 1 o’clock. The kettlebell should be between your feet. Squat down so that you look as if you were a baseball catcher. While squatting, keep your shoulders back and your torso upright. Grab hold of the kettlebell with both hands. Stand straight up using the power of your legs to lift the kettlebell. Do not pull with your back, or you may pull muscles. Drop back into a squat. This is one repetition. The lift will almost look as if you were completing a plie in ballet. Repeat this exercise for 10 repetitions to complete 1 set. Perform 3 sets.
