Here’s how to do a sitz bath at home. Find, or purchase, a large bowl. A bowl approximately 8 inches deep will work as will a plastic storage tote. Some people may opt to use the bathtub, but a sitz bath is more for use in submerging the buttocks and hip area not the legs.
