How Do You Do A Lemonade Fast?
“Hi, my name is Doctor Kim Makoi. I’m a Holistic Chiropractor from San Francisco California and this is how to do a lemonade fast. Lemonade fast was first popularized in 1941 in this little book called “The Master Cleanser” by Stanley Burroughs. A lot of people still refer to the lemonade fast as the master cleanse. It’s a very simple fast and the way you do it is you mix two tablespoons of lemon juice with two tablespoons of Grade B Maple Syrup and about a tenth of a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper into a glass with eight ounces of clean water and you take six to twelve glasses of this mixture a day for up to ten days and you don’t need any other foods and it’s basically a great way to help the body rid itself of toxins and clear out some of the debris.
