• Step in your shower with a bottle of baby oil and a small box of baking soda. • Cover your whole body from hairline to toes (avoiding the eye area) with baby oil and massage gently. • Pour baking soda in the palm of your hands and pat it all over the oil (not close to your eyes). When all the body is covered, start scrubbing with your hands, especially on elbows, knees, heels. • Turn on the shower and let the water wash the whole thing away. • Use only your hands, no soap, washcloth or loofah. You can guide the water with your hands in a massaging way. Just pat or blot dry.
