• Understand exactly what it is you want to change about yourself. Is it your hair, skin, teeth, nails, smell, dark spots, or weight? Is it all of the above? It is beneficial to write down your makeover goals in a journal. Check off each one as you make changes. • Look at each goal carefully. What will you have to do in each area to be “made over”? For example, concerning your teeth, do you need to just brush more or is other dental work required? • Research each makeover area on your goal list at the library and/or on the Internet. • Write up an outline plan of action for each goal, pointing the way for improvements.
