How Do You Do A Dive Cartwheel?
“Now that we’ve done a basic cartwheel we’re going to move on to a little bit more advanced cartwheel. This is called a dive cartwheel and it’s a little bit tougher and a little bit more challenging and it’s the learning cartwheel for an Aerial, which is a no handed cartwheel. Since we already have our chosen side which is the left, we’re going to be starting the same way with our left foot forward. Now on the dive cartwheel you’re going to be reaching out with both hands as far as you can and try and not to touch the ground for as long as you can. It’s also important to push off as much as you can from your left leg, because there’s where you get most of your momentum to flip all the way over and put your legs back on the ground.
