How Do You Do A Criss Cross Stretch?
“Talking about stretching. Okay the last stretch we did was shoulder rolls. The next stretches we’re going to do are crisscross. So when you’re crisscrossing your arms you want to bring your, starting from the back or starting from forward, it really doesn’t matter. When you bring your arms back you really want to feel that stretch in your pectorals and your shoulder when you bring it back. And when you crisscross your arms forward, you really want to feel the stretch back in your, the back of your deltoids, in the back of your shoulders. So as you bring it back, you’re going to feel a stretch in your front, forward feel the stretch towards the back. Now when you’re crisscrossing arms it’s okay to have your right arm come over your left, go back, left arm over your right. You can switch it up, it’s okay. Be careful you don’t want to smack your hands together, so really think of you know, getting that one hand over the other. And get them as close to each other as you can, you don’t wan
