How Do You Do A Back-To-Front 180 On A Kneeboard?
Learning to spin 180 degrees from a backward to a forward riding position on a kneeboard will prepare you for more complex spin maneuvers. Here are the basics. Learn the front-to-back 180 (see “How to Do a Front-to-Back 180 on a Kneeboard”) to get into the backward riding position. Ride backward directly behind the boat, with your palms facing up on the handle. Keep you head up as you begin to turn. Release the handle with your right hand while rotating your head and torso to the left. Lean away from the boat at all times. Transfer your weight from the nose to the tail, remembering to lean against the pull of the rope. Swing your right hand around to grab the handle in front of you. Resume normal riding.
