On some newer GM vehicles you can disarm it. But I do not know if this is even possible on your Suburban, and really think it is not possible to disarm the auto lock feature on this model. Have you looked in your owner’s manual? If it is not listed there, you may have to access a shop manual. Call you local GM dealer for advice.
