Windows System Restore allows users to revert their operating system settings to a stable state in the event that any system files begin to malfunction. Your operating system inspects any changes from new software and hardware installations, to more delicate system files modifications such as accidental deletions. However, if you wish to disable System Restore in Safe Mode, doing so requires a few steps, depending on your operating system of choice. Start your computer and press “F8” before your operating system is beginning to load. This will launch the Windows Advanced Options Menu.
