The best way to disable Netmeeting desktop sharing is through a network policy. The network policy will globally disable this option for any users within your network to allow desktop sharing. From your Windows Server, launch your policy maintenance panel. Click the Computer Configuration, click Administrative Templates, click Windows Components, and then click Netmeeting.
