AutoComplete, a function that comes with Internet Explorer, completes certain fields, such as a web address or a user name and password, based on what Internet Explorer has recognized the user completing in previous sessions. Although helpful, it causes privacy issues if others are using your computer. This function generally comes enabled, but it can be disabled (and enabled at a later time, if desired) by following these steps. Open a web browser by clicking on the Internet Explorer icon.
