Inspect the plastic or copper water tube that runs from the fridge to a water supply line usually located under the sink. The water tube must be securely connected. If not, hook the tube to the water line and tighten with your fingers. Make sure that the water supply shut-off valve is turned on; turn fully to the left. Inspect the water tube for any kinks or holes. Straighten the tube to remove kinks. If you find holes, turn off the water valve and remove the water tube. Replace the tube.
