How Do You Detect Bad Gateway Drivers?

0

If your Gateway laptop or desktop is acting strange and certain parts of your computer have become inaccessible or disabled, you may have some bad drivers or bad hardware. If hardware is the issue, contact a repair shop or your manufacturer, but for bad drivers, you can take care of those easily at home. Even easier is how to detect bad drivers on your Gateway computer, which takes no special software or computing know-how. Right-click “My computer” and choose “Manage.” Choose “Continue” if prompted by the User Account Control. Click ‘Device Manager” from the left list. Look for red x’s, question marks or yellow exclamation marks. All of these are signs of missing, disabled or otherwise bad Gateway drivers.
