How Do You Design Personalized Stationery For Microsoft Outlook Mail?
Send e-mail using HTML stationery designed by you! This tutorial uses Outlook 98 or above. Note that your e-mail recipients must be able to receive HTML-formatted mail to see your pretty work; not all e-mail programs have this capability. (Others will see the text of your message, but not the stationery.) Start Outlook 98; open the Tools menu and choose Options. Choose the Mail Format tab and click on Stationery Picker. Click New and type the name of your new stationery in the box provided. Create a new stationery template or base your template on an existing stationery using the Choose How to Create Your Own Stationery box. You can also use any HTML file on your hard disk as a template. Click Next. Choose a font from the menu at the top of the dialog box. Choose a picture or color for a stationery background, or decide not to use a background. You can use any graphics file on your hard disk. Click OK. To use personalized stationery, choose the stationery name when creating new mail.
