How Do You Design Bead Earrings Using Graph Paper?
Creating your own unique designs using graph paper couldn’t be easier. There’s almost no limit to the designs you can create for beaded earrings, purses, belts, bracelets and much more. Each square on the graph paper represents 1 bead. Create your design. Use a matching color pencil for each bead color. This makes it much easier to see how to work while you are beading. Names can be done the same way. Just color in each block. Be sure to count the number of beads in each row to keep it even. Bugle beads always occupy two spaces. The entire piece can be layed out on the graph paper. Head bands and bracelets can also be designed using graph paper. If you are using a bead loom, you can very easily see what the finished design will look like before you begin. You can also create beaded purses and belts. Lay out your design on graph paper the same as any other project.
