How Do You Deliver Projects Applying Agile Methods?
• Learn about how to ‘sprint’ with your projects. Have you been involved in a project that has too many deliverables and a very small timeframe? Utilizing ‘sprints’, you can trim through this. Stop down every part of the jobs that a team has to carry, into 2 week groups. These 2 week time periods are addressed as “sprints” (Note: You can gain sprints of any period of time, but we urge 2 week sprints). At the beginning of each sprint, you have together as a team and place yourself destinations for what you’re going to achieve over that 2 week period. Then you “sprint to the finish”.
