How Do You Delete All Waypoints In A Garmin GPS-V?

0

The GPS-V allows you to capture your current location and save it as a waypoint. This feature is helpful to mark locations that you wish to come back to in the future such as a parked car location, trailhead or fishing spot. The GPS-V holds up to 500 waypoints. Once your GPS-V displays the “Waypoint Memory is Full” message, you need to delete some or all waypoints from your Garmin GPS-V device in order to store new waypoints. Press the “Menu” button twice on your Garmin GPS-V main screen page. Select “Find” from the GPS “Main Menu.” Highlight “Waypoints” from the “Find Menu.” Select “By Name” from the “Waypoints Find Menu.” Press “Menu” to access your screen options and select “Delete All.” Highlight “Yes” and “Enter” to confirm deleting all the waypoints on your Garmin GPS-V.
