When a system goes idle, a software called System Idle Process is turned on. The process can be confusing, since it will quickly use up most of the computer’s CPU. The CPU is the computer’s Central Processing Unit. System Idle Process will not harm your computer, but it can be deleted with the Windows Task Manager tool. Step 1 Click on the task bar, the bar on the bottom of your computer screen, and select “Task Manager.” Step 2 Click on the “Processes” tab.
