How Do You Degrease And Polish Chrome Alessi Hob Kettle?
Hi! I too have a chrome kettle. What I do is first of all boil the kettle, then as soon as it has boiled, empty the water into your washing up bowl (waste not, want not!). Make a small puddle of washing up liquid on your draining board. Dip the tip of a dishcloth into the hot water and then into the neat washing up liquid. Rub the neat liquid all over the kettle, and you will find this ‘lifts’ at the marks of the kettle. IMMEDIATELY once you have done this, get a clean tea-towel and give it a good polish and buff up. Works everytime for me! Don’t ask my why the kettle has to be hot, but I’ve tried this on a cold kettle and it doesn’t work! Hope this helps! Best of luck!
