There are many dangerous opponents in Resident Evil 5. The Majini carrying chainsaws are among the deadliest opponents you will face. Horribly strong, faster than most and able to kill you with a single hit, the Chainsaw Majini are enemies to be feared. Stay away. The Chainsaw Majini is a tough opponent to fight. They move quickly and can close the distance to you faster than most other opponents. They can also jump up levels and climb ladders. Keeping away from them is tough, but will give you a huge edge in defeating them. Keep moving. The Chainsaw Majini’s attack is very slow in coming, but is easily dodged. This is fortunate since their attacks are always fatal (you lose your head.) If you can’t keep them at range, wait until the Chainsaw Majini gets in close and starts to rev the saw. When he raises his weapon, get out of the way. Note that he must remain stationary to attack; he does not have any moving attacks. Use your biggest gun.
