“Another good way to decorate your rain stick is to use construction paper. If you have a small enough tube or a large enough piece of construction paper, you can use a variety of colors and you don’t have to paint it to get the color you want. It’s very simply to select the color that you would like. And you have a couple of ways that you can do this. This one’s just a little bit too long, so I would want to mark it so that at either end of my tube it’s not quite all the way to the end. That way I’ll have a little bit of room so that it won’t stick out. So I’ll just mark it and then fold it and cut it to fit.
