How Do You Decorate A Graduation Hat?
High school and college graduates are usually required to wear a cap and gown. Sometimes the cap is called a mortarboard or a hat. The top of the hat is flat and diamond shaped. Many graduates like to take this space and decorate it to reflect their own personality. It also makes it easier for family and freinds to identify you, and makes it possible for you to find your hat after all of the hats are thrown up in to the air at the end of the ceremony. Decide how to decorate your hat by making a list of things that interest or describe you. For example, if you are a cheerleader you would write that on your list. Then when create your hat you could add a few craft pom poms or some strands of ribbon that represent your team. Look for items that would represent some of the things on your list.
