How Do You Decorate A “Finding Nemo” Birthday Cake?

Run a knife between the cake and the cake pan to break the edges loose and flip the cake over onto a plate. The other cake half can be flipped straight onto the serving platter–this one will stay here until you serve. Cut a moon-shaped crescent out of the circle cake on the plate. This will be Nemo’s tail.
