If your child is a fan of Lightning McQueen from the Disney/Pixar movie “Cars,” you can feed that enthusiasm by creating a special birthday cake. Use a novelty car-shaped cake pan if you can find one; otherwise, you can shape the car yourself using a regular sheet cake. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the directions.
