How Do You Decompress A File With Winzip?
You can use WinZip to decompress a file that has been saved in an archive. You may have created the archive yourself, or you may have received the archived file from another person or as an Internet download. Select the archived file and double-click on it. If WinZip is configured correctly, the WinZip program will launch and open your archive. The WinZip window will display a list of all the files in the archive. Select the one you want to decompress. Click on the Extract icon, or use the Extract item in the Actions menu. A window will appear asking you where you want to save your extracted file. Find a location to save the file. Name your file, or use the existing name. Click Extract.
