How do you deal when people at work dont like you for whatever reason?
Don’t react. Some people just won’t like you for reasons beyond your control. Here are some possible reasons 1. You are a classic ” goody goody.” You are all about work and you don’t slack off. This may make you look like someone trying to get on the bosses good side. 2. You are quiet/shy. People mistake this for you being prudent 3. You don’t mean to have a mean mug, but your countence maybe misread. 4. You do everything correctly 5. You don’t gossip 6. OR you are/do the opposite of these things. You really can’t win. People are funny. They are trolls and they are haters. AT the end of the day all you can do is just be and do you.
