How Do You Cut Wallpaper Into Jigsaw Pieces?
You can use any type of wallpaper to make a jigsaw puzzle out of wallpaper and cardboard. Choose a design that will work as a puzzle. Some designs, such as stripes or polka dots, are more difficult to adapt to jigsaw puzzles. Make the pieces any size you want. Include as many pieces as you want. The completed project works well for any age. Make a large-pieced puzzle for small children, or a 100 or more piece puzzle for adults. Apply a layer of rubber cement to one side of a 1/8-inch thick piece of cardboard. Apply a thin layer of rubber cement to the undecorated side of a sheet of wallpaper. Set the wallpaper on the cardboard, rubber cement touching. Smooth the wallpaper over the cardboard with your hands. Trim off excess paper. Let dry.
