Everyday we are all trying to figure out a way to cut calories, especially unhealthy ones, from our diet. I think we all need to take a deep breath and lighten up. These are silly ideas but I promise you, they will help and make you feel good. You just have to be bold. If you mess up get back on track as soon as possible and move on. We all do it. We roll through Sonic because we skipped breakfast and we have to have the French fries or popcorn chicken. What you need at that moment is a plan to save yourself from 400 empty calories. And here it is. I know it’s goofy but it works. As soon as you pull out of the parking lot, roll down your window, grab half those fries and throw them out the window. That’s all it takes and you’ve saved yourself. Yes you wasted a little money and kind of polluted (I like to think ants clean up the mess). You do need to make sure you don’t throw your food at the car next to you or at a pedestrian. This plan works with chips, M&Ms, anything, just chuck half
