• Get a bottle of plain white vinegar. Heinz or any other reputable brand will do. • If the nail is very thick, file it gently to allow the vinegar to penetrate more effectively. • Apply a generous amount of vinegar to the affected nail(s) one to two times per day. • Allow the nails(s) to air-dry. Periodically scrape out any dead fungus or other debris from under the nail, where accessible.
