How Do You Cure Dandruff With Tea Tree Oil?
Dandruff is one of those problems that people don’t like to talk about. It’s embarrassing. I always think about those dandruff commercials where the person is wearing a black shirt that is covered with white flakes. I don’t ever want to be that person. So far, I’ve been pretty lucky because at the first sign of a dandruff outbreak, I make a scalp preparation consisting of tea tree oil and some olive oil and it seems to do the trick. Choose the tea tree oil. There are several different brands. Look for one that was made in Australia. Also, you want the pure essential oil, not the diluted kind. Measure out 1/4 cup of olive oil and place in a small container that has a lid. Add 15 drops of tea tree oil. Cover and shake. Let the olive oil and tea tree oil stand in a cool, dry place for a few hours before you use it. Massage the oil into your scalp at least an hour before your next shower.
