In college, I developed a bad eating habit. A combination of eating fried foods, eating late at night, and drinking 10 cups of coffee each day gave me acid reflux. Purchase Rice Wine Vinegar. I usually can buy this at any local supermarket. I think that Rice Wine Vinegar is also one of the ingredients in making sushi. Drink a teaspoon of Rice Wine Vinegar. Sometimes, when the acid reflux is so bad, I just drink it straight from the bottle.
